You will never see one of our training coaches pick out routines from YouTube just to mix it up!
We have a reason for everything we put into a routine, whether it is team training or personal or small groups training.? Each exercise and component of the program we design for you has a reason.
After we meet to assess your level of strength and flexibility, we design your own strategy for success ? what we call a Program Design. What will bring you the results you want with your ability to get to the gym?? While planning the movements and weights themselves are important, so is taking a look at the big picture of your lifestyle and goals. If Judy, for example, wants to lose 10 pounds but can only make time to workout 2 days/week, all of her needs have to be handled in two days: metabolic training, strength training, mobility work, etc.? If you can make it here 3 to 5 days/week, we have more time to work on your goals in a well-rounded manner.
Everything we do for clients has a specific desired result in mind.? Hard for the sake of hard is stupid.? Simply adding intensity for the sake of variety is pointless. Piling on extra movements and intensity for a client with fat loss needs ? who is already in an energy deficit from dietary changes ? will not help meet the goal.
We are dedicated to producing long-term goal results.? So everything we plan for you ? team training circuits, program designs, and small group weight training sessions ? is individually inspired by where you are and where you want to be.
